This review is long overdue for reason I won't go in to. It’s a shame because I enjoyed eating at Canyons and the building is nice. If this is true, I see no reason to ever return to Soboba. Both casinos made it clear that a CA drivers license was sufficient. I contacted Morongo and Aqua Caliente and both casinos said that stating your social and 1 valid form of ID is required for payout no physical social security card or passport required. The whole ordeal took more than an hour.Ĭongratulations Soboba, you made a winner leave your casino in a bad mood. No legitimate receipt, just a hand written note saying Soboba owes me 1250. I will need to return to collect my winnings with the hand written note from the cage and my social security card or passport in addition to my government issued ID. The casino offered to take 25% of my winnings and give me cash because I don’t carry my social or passport (thanks but no thanks). In order to receive my payout they required a social security card or passport in addition to my valid CA drivers license.
How did winning turn me off from this casino you ask? I used to love this casino until last night when I won a $1250.00 payout from video poker.
